At 14:00 p.m. on December 14, 2019, all the family members of Duowido held the first "mutual fund distribution conference" in the training room on the second floor. The conference was officially opened under the announcement of the trade union chairman.
The conference first introduced the significance and purpose of the activity, then briefly introduced the deeds of the poor employees of the company, and invited the leaders of the company to issue mutual aid funds to everyone. A total of 8 employees applied for the mutual aid funds. Through investigation and visits by relevant departments of the company, and according to the standard of receiving mutual aid funds, the company finally selected 4 poor employees to receive mutual aid funds. The main sources of mutual aid are corporate disbursement and employee crowdfunding. Mr. Fang Ping, the general manager of the company, is deeply influenced by Confucian culture and has been committed to the spread of traditional culture and philanthropy. Over the years, he has not only developed a culture of mutual help within the company, but also actively participated in charity in the society.
